why I am here and what I do
I am here because I love and embrace writing specs. I like to say that specification writing can be demystified by thinking of it as "drawing with words." As a young design professional working in a large firm with amazing mentors who had a passion for and love of the technical and execution side of Architecture, I developed a love of detailing that evolved into a love of how all of the documents work together throughout the entire design process and how that impacts the construction phase. I now leverage my time as an Architect in the trenches with my Specification writing skills to view the Specification writing process through the lens of an Architect as a strategy for writing high quality Specifications.
The services offered are not limited to specification writing.
